1. Click the button "Log in".
2. Log in using Trusted Profile.
3. Fill in the required data.
   

   Data from the trusted profile will be filled in automatically. These data cannot be edited.

4. Check your e-mail inbox.
5. Open the message sent to the address provided and click activation link.
   

   If you do not see the message, check other folders, including SPAM. Click the link as quickly as possible. It is only active for a limited time.

6. Follow the further instructions until you receive a registration confirmation. 

1. Go to the main website of the MOS portal where you want to log in.
2. Click the "Log in" button.
3. Select an option „Trusted Profile”.
4. You will be redirected to the login page.
5. Select the login method.
6. Log in following the displayed instructions.
7. After logging in, you will be automatically redirected to the page you started from.

Your MOS portal account will be deleted after 12 years of inactivity. Also remember that Trusted Profile, which you use to log in, must be renewed every 3 years.

1. Log in to your account on the portal.
2. Click the button "My account" in the upper right corner of the page.
3. Click the tab "Delete my account".
4. Click the button "Delete".
5. Enter the verification code sent to your email address.

   If you do not see the message, check other folders, including SPAM.

6. Click the button again "Delete".

You cannot recover a deleted account.
If you wish to continue using the service, create a new account.

1. Launch the recovery procedure:
   Go to the website pz.gov.pl i w sekcji logowania click link "I ton't remember the password".
2. Provide identification data:
   Enter your username (login) or address e-mail and number PESEL. If you to not even remember your login, check your mailbox – you should have archived messages from the PZ system there (sender: pz-noreply@coi.gov.pl).
3. Confirm identity:
   The system will send a password change link to your email address. Click it, then confirm the operation with the authorisation code you will receive in SMS message.
4. Set a new password:
   Enter a new password (must have a minimum of 8 characters, an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a digit or special character).

Alternative: Log in via bank
If your Trusted Profile was created through online banking, you ton't need a password for the Trusted Profile. Simply select the logo of your bank on the login page and log in with your bank credentials. This is the safest and fastest method to bypass the problem of a forgotten password.

1. Check the reason for the block.

   Information may appear during login. Also check your e-mail inbox.

2. Go to the website gov.pl/web/profilzaufany.
3. Select an option Help or Contact.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to unlock the Trusted Profile.
5. If you log in through a bank: Contact your bank and ask about blocking your Trusted Profile.

1. Go to the website gov.pl/web/profilzaufany.
2. Log in to your account.
3. On your Trusted Profile page, check the expiry date.
4. If the expiry date is approaching or has passed, renew your Trusted Profile.

The SMS code may not arrive if your number is out of date, the phone is switched off or has no signal

Try checking the number, turning on your phone and waiting a few minutes. If you still do not receive the code, contact Trusted Profile support — for example call, send an email or use the form on the website gov.pl/web/profilzaufany.

1. Go to the website gov.pl/web/profilzaufany.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Go to the Trusted Profile settings.
4. Find the option to change the phone number.
5. Enter the new phone number and confirm the change.
6. Check the SMS with the code and enter it to confirm the change.

No. If the Trusted Profile expires,Your data in your portal account will not disappear.
You simply won't be able to log in using it until you renew your Trusted Profile.

1. Go to the website gov.pl/web/profilzaufany.
2. Log in to your account.
3. In the settings, find the option Delete Trusted Profile.
4. Follow the instructions on the page to confirm the deletion.
